The May NAACP Parents’ Council meeting took place on May 20, 2026. Presenters included Niki Porter, Chief Academic Officer and Stephanie Brant, Director, Curriculum Implementation and School Support. They spoke about improving math education including the MSDE mandated Math policy, new Math curriculum, and  proposed changes to Accelerated Math.
